Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of São Paulo (USP), graduated in 1994. Specialist in Corporate Law from the University of São Paulo. Specialist in Agreements from the University Extension Center.

Professional Background:
Member of OAB/SP (Brazilian Bar Association) . As a partner, she coordinated the consulting team in a law firm in the city of São Paulo where she acted for 13 years, having taken part in several operations involving the establishment of industrial plants and companies in Brazil, besides mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructure operations, administrative merger review processes before the competent Brazilian antitrust bodies, legal due diligence, analysis, preparation, and follow-up of agreement negotiation in several areas. She took part in the real estate team of a huge company focused on acquisitions, utility easements, expropriation, and regularization of property and ownership documents. She took part in an exchange program with an Argentine law firm, and acted as a raporteur of administrative proceedings at  OAB/SP ( Brazilian Bar Association) Ethics Commitee.
